Position Summary

A growing therapy management organization is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting in Austin, Texas. This role offers exposure to a wide range of cases including pre- and post-surgical patients, spine conditions, and both upper and lower extremity issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices
• Administer physical agents and modalities such as dry needling, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.
• Educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records
• Supervise PTAs and techs when applicable
