CNC Setup Machinist

Pay : Starting at $28 / hour + $2 / hour shift differential

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Machinist to join our team. Job shop experience is preferred , especially in environments requiring multiple setups per day . This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC machines ( Mazak experience required )

Perform multiple setups per shift with efficiency and accuracy

Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications

Troubleshoot and adjust programs or tooling as needed

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications :

Mazak experience required

Job shop experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Must be a dependable, self-motivated team player
