We are seeking a friendly and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support through live chat, assisting customers with their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the interaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product changes and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment.Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using chat software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and general computer applications.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.The pay range for this role is :
