Responsibilities
Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance that meet dealership and manufacturer standards.Handle various tasks with efficiency and expertise, including recalls, general maintenance, and diagnostics.Ensure clear communication by accurately documenting and explaining necessary repairs, required parts, and estimated repair times.Follow all dealership and manufacturer service procedures to ensure quality and compliance.Calculate and communicate repair costs to customers or service advisors with precision.Test vehicles both before and after repairs to confirm top-notch performance and safety.Keep clear and organized records of all services performed.Participate in required training sessions to stay updated with industry advancements and certifications.Take on additional duties as assigned based on your expertise and certifications.Requirements
Previous auto repair experience (experience from all brands is welcome!)Versatility in skills and the ability to handle various tasks confidently and efficiently.Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Applicants must upload their resume for immediate consideration.Successfully pass pre-employment testing, including MVR and drug screening.ASE Certification is a bonus but not a must—bring your skills, and we’ll help you grow!Make the move to beautiful Charlotte, NC where you will be able to enjoy :
