Job descriptionWe are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide 24-hour hospital-based coverage. The physician must remain on-site during call shifts to respond promptly to emergencies and rounding needs. Responsibilities include providing inpatient call coverage, including weekends as scheduled. Perform urgent and emergent interventional procedures, including diagnostic and PCI interventions. Manage general cardiology patients, including CHF, arrhythmias, acute coronary syndromes, and post-PCI care. Conduct daily inpatient rounds and ensure proper documentation and care coordination. Supervise and collaborate with a dedicated inpatient APP. Work with a fully equipped Cath Lab and on-site 24 / 7 diagnostic and imaging services. Use Cerner EHR for all clinical documentation. Respond to in-hospital codes and cardiac emergencies, collaborating with hospitalist and anesthesia teams.
