Instrumentation & Controls EIT / Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Instrumentation & I&C EIT / Coordinator tasks with varying levels of complexity, assigned by a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Work independently on small tasks and assist senior engineers on larger projects as needed.
• Check manufacture's drawings and perform engineering calculations.
• Work on design layouts verifying code compliance and quality checks, meeting project schedules and budget, and coordinating with other disciplines as required.
• Typical design work includes power distribution, motor control, lighting, power system analysis, and grounding.
• Supervise designers and CAD operators depending on project size.
• Collaborate across disciplines with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Maintain attention to accuracy and be detail-oriented.
• Participate in field reviews or construction observation.
• Familiarity with Piping and Instrument Diagrams and professional work experience.
• Some travel may be involved.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
