A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Portuguese / English.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat for various PC hardware and software applications
Assist users in troubleshooting Outlook and provide support for Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
Handle 50-60 issues per day efficiently and utilize Active Directory for network password resets
Required Qualifications
Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
1 year experience in a call center or service desk environment
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, and various PC hardware / software applications
Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
