The CIPP Lining Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of epoxy lining projects. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing project efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Managing all aspects of epoxy lining operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervising, training, and supporting field technicians to maintain high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
• Developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting quality control inspections and troubleshooting technical issues to uphold service standards.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Overseeing equipment maintenance schedules, inventory control processes, and material procurement.
• Analyzing project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
• Staying informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.
