Practice Innovation Manager

A company is looking for a Practice Innovation Manager to lead innovative initiatives in generative AI, automation, and data science within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovation initiatives aligned with the firm's strategy

Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows and enhance document automation

Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop scalable software solutions and optimize data-related tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in computer science, data science, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience developing AI-driven solutions and proficiency in Python

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project outcomes

Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
