Shatterproof's mission focuses on transforming addiction treatment, ending addiction stigma, and empowering communities through science-based solutions.
Location & Remote
20% Remote – East Coast Preferred.
Salary
Full-Time $120,000 – $135,000.
Responsibilities
Lead corporate partnerships strategy, driving revenue and long-term relationships that advance the mission.
Manage and grow a portfolio of national and regional partners across sectors.
Secure national corporate sponsorships for major initiatives such as the Shatterproof Walk to End Addiction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create mission-driven proposals and integrated partnership opportunities.
Oversee execution and stewardship of partnerships, ensuring deliverables meet renewal and expansion goals.
Lead omnichannel marketing campaigns (e.g., Dry January) to attract new partners.
Ensure accurate CRM tracking and impact measurement across platforms including Salesforce.
Oversee the Just Five program, managing current partners and prospecting new partners.
Track and report partnership performance and impact with program, finance, and marketing teams.
Represent Shatterproof at external meetings, presentations, and industry events as an ambassador.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience securing and managing corporate or cause-marketing partnerships, ideally in nonprofit or social impact settings.
Proven ability to develop and grow six- and seven-figure partnerships.
Experience with digital education or employee engagement programs a strong plus.
Experience managing or mentoring staff or consultants preferred.
Strategic and creative thinker who can translate mission into mutually beneficial partnerships.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms to manage pipelines and generate performance reports preferred.
Exceptional relationship builder with experience engaging senior corporate executives.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
Passion for Shatterproof's mission to end addiction stigma and improve access to quality care.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Ability to travel up to 20% for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours required.
