Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst

A company is looking for a Corporate Claims Analyst specializing in Work Comp Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage complex, catastrophic, and high exposure workers' compensation claims

Conduct regulatory and internal audits to ensure compliance and develop corrective action plans

Provide training and guidance to claims staff and defense attorneys regarding Medicare protocols and settlement handling

Required Qualifications

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Workers' Compensation Insurance claims

Experience managing catastrophic and large loss exposure claims

Proficiency in litigation resolution, including Medicare set-aside agreements

Technical knowledge of multiple states' Workers' Compensation laws is preferred

High School diploma or GED equivalent
