TidalHealth, located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified General Surgeon to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 500 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.
Benefits :
- Base Salary Range : $450,000 – $560,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
- Sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment
- On-Site Child Care
