GLC On-The-Go is seeking a LPN / LVN Behavioral Health for a travel job in Adair, Iowa.

Job Description & Requirements

• 36 hours per week
• Shift : 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type : Travel

Psych LPN needed at  Adair, IA

Start Date 11 / 3 for 13 weeks

Shifts :   3x12 Nights with weekends as assigned, every other holiday

Orientation is 2-3 days of 12 hour shifts training until comfortable

Unit / Facility Description :

1 year min of acute psych exp

50 beds Inpatient substance abuse treatment facility for 18+ ages.

Nurse / Patient ratio : 2 RNs, 5 LPNs & 2-3 BHA (techs) on shift as well as CN and DON on units

EMR : HCS - electronic

Required Certifications : BLS and CPI. CPI is taken for free during orientation 😊

FREE CPI during orientation (normal cost $150)\nSmall 50 bed facility\n1st time traveler welcome\nKind & friendly staff
