Project Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Execute implementation projects by collaborating with executive-level project sponsors and ensuring alignment with business objectives

Drive customer engagement efforts, delivering tailored recommendations and ensuring client satisfaction with services provided

Develop detailed project plans and schedules, track engagement scopes, and proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a total of 7-9 years in relevant roles

Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies

Experience in sales and distribution is preferred

Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques

Ability to coach and mentor project team members across multiple time zones
