Web Automation Engineer

Job Title : Web Automation Engineer

Location : Raleigh, NC (1 Week onsite 1 week remote)

Duration : 5 Months

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement end-to-end quality processes for engineering teams practicing full test automation without separate QA
• Teach and promote Quality CoE best practices in automation technology, test pyramid health, release management, and SDLC ways of working
• Monitor and manage autmated test suites to optimize reliability, coverage, and developer productivity
• Collaborate with engineering leads and the Quality CoE to define test strategy, scope, and success metrics (e.g., automation levels, change failure rate)
• Maintain CI / CD pipelines, test environments, and tooling (e.g., feature toggles, test data management, vendor integrations)

Requirements :

This is a hybrid role that will require onsite support every other week.
