ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
John Hiester Automotive is currently seeking a full-time Mobile Service Technician to join our winning team! In this role, you will :
- Provide automotive maintenance and repair services
- Travel to customer locations to complete a variety of service tasks
- Perform maintenance, recalls, tire, brakes, etc.
- Inspect vehicles to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers
- Maintain tools, parts, and equipment inventory
- Stay current with industry standards and safety regulations
- Assist with additional tasks to support customers and the team

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
GM Certified Technician preferredMust have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.An active and valid driver license and good driving record.Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers.Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented.Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision.Obtain the ability to work individually and in a team environment.Basic computer knowledge.Must be comfortable sitting, standing and / or walking for long periods of time.Professional demeanor.Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements.SERVICE SCHEDULE
Closed every SundayMonday-Friday 7 : 30 am- 6 : 00 pm (Varies Per Store)Saturday 8 : 00 am- 5 : 00 pm (Varies Per Store)Working a Saturday is compensated by a day off the following week
