LHH is actively looking for a Marketing Specialist skilled in Social Listening for one of our top clients in Atlanta. This will be a contract to perm opportunity with our client and will be hybrid to their Atlanta office.
Position Summary
The Manager, Social Listening is responsible for leading real-time social listening efforts to uncover insights that inspire engaging, relevant, and high-performing content. This role connects audience intelligence with creative execution, ensuring the organization remains closely aligned with what’s happening in its audiences’ professional and digital environments.
Working collaboratively with editorial, marketing, and social teams, this individual will translate social data and sentiment into actionable recommendations that shape content strategy, strengthen engagement, and increase audience retention.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze real-time social conversations to identify emerging trends, sentiment shifts, and key topics relevant to target audiences.
Translate social listening insights into actionable guidance for editorial, marketing, and content innovation teams.
Map feedback and insights from social channels to other input sources (surveys, customer feedback, performance data, etc.) to identify patterns and opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to inform interviews, campaigns, and content initiatives based on audience interests and needs.
Organize and maintain a centralized repository for interviews, transcripts, and key findings.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to integrate audience insights into live content and ongoing strategies.
Support leadership in identifying new opportunities for content innovation and audience engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in social listening, audience research, or user insights.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavior across multiple channels.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
Working knowledge of health, science, or professional industry topics preferred.

Pay Details : $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
