Senior Product Designer - Ultimate Collection

Job Overview :

In this role, you'll engage in hands-on prototyping, advanced CAD modeling, and meticulous documentation to transform visionary ideas into reality.

Highlights of Your Role :

Lead the design and development of moderately complex components and products while ensuring they meet performance and functional requirements.

Establish key design parameters, tolerances, and testing methods to validate concepts and ensure compliance with product standards.

Oversee prototyping activities, utilizing shop tools, 3D printing, and other innovative techniques to assess feasibility and refine designs.

Review CAD modeling and drawing creation, ensuring adherence to standards and clear communication of design intentions.

Manage documentation workflows utilizing Electronic Change Notice software and maintain critical technical specifications for key stakeholders.

Mentor team members on design guidelines and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

You're a Good Fit if You Have :

5+ years of experience in product design and development.

An associate degree or equivalent experience in design is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (Inventor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience collaborating with external suppliers to achieve design objectives.

A proven track record of success in complex product development and improvement projects.

Compensation : $73,000 - $98,000
