ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Galion, Ohio.

Job Details :

Minimum 2 years medical surgical experience required

Ohio or compact state nursing license required

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS

Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)

Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in

No holiday time off requests will be approved

Epic experience preferred

Smoke-free facility and campus

Skills required : interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, MS / Tele, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, peripheral line care / management, use of rapid response / code teams, portable oxygen tank

Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start through HealthStream

Must complete Avita Traveler Expectations Document prior to submittal

Two recent supervisory references required

Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
