• Responsibilities : Prepare the operating room, assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies, maintain a sterile field, and assist with patient care during and after procedures.
• Qualifications : Some positions may require a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential, while others will train candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous surgical experience can be beneficial.
• Skills : Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization protocols, and medical equipment is crucial. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a surgical team are also important. Will float between Endo and OR as needed and assist with both suites.
