Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and guide clinic staff in delivering outstanding patient care while fostering a supportive environment.Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts and maintain effective communication with team members.Implement clinical protocols as per guidelines from the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.Adhere to all Federal and State regulations including HIPAA compliance.Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment options for both acute and chronic conditions.Perform therapeutic procedures such as laceration repairs, wound care, and infection management.Analyze patients' histories and physical findings to form accurate diagnoses.Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.Collaborate effectively with all staff members to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the workplace.Execute other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications :
