Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Engineering to lead our technology teams and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative healthcare solutions. This role will focus on overseeing engineering strategy, execution, and team leadership, while collaborating closely with product, operations, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software engineering, infrastructure, and healthcare technology, with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in regulated and innovation-driven environments.

Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership & Strategy :

• Define and drive the overall engineering vision, aligning with company objectives, and product roadmap.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of Gifthealth’s platform and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement best practices in software development, architecture, and engineering operations.
• Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
