We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team.

This role will involve designing, leading, and overseeing enterprise-scale implementations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and system integration , and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing IT service management solutions .

Job Description :

As a ServiceNow Technical Architect , you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the technical vision for enterprise ServiceNow implementations. You will work closely with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design & Strategy

Design and define ServiceNow architecture across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM.

Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices for sustainable platform growth.

Align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise IT strategy, governance frameworks, and digital transformation objectives.

Technical Leadership

Lead the development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Conduct design sessions, code reviews, and technical workshops to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Solution Implementation

Oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow applications, workflows, and custom modules.

Design and manage integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware tools.

Ensure deployed solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Communicate architectural decisions, roadmaps, and recommendations to senior executives and technical leaders.

Conduct demos, workshops, and technical presentations for cross-functional teams.

Governance & Compliance

Establish development governance, ensuring alignment with regulatory, ITAR, and security compliance requirements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, and workflow designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect .

Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and key modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).

Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Proven success designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions for large enterprises.

ServiceNow Certifications preferred :

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
