Automotive Finance Management Experience Required

Parker Lexus is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our professional sales and finance team in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Present and sell automotive financing and insurance products to customers in compliance with all regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending institutions to secure approvals and optimize terms
  • Review credit applications and structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and finalize all F&I paperwork and contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies
  • Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to achieve department goals
  • Educate customers on protection plans, service contracts, GAP coverage, and tire / wheel products
  • Maintain high CSI scores through transparency, professionalism, and follow-through

    • Qualifications :

  • Automotive Finance Manager experience required
  • Proven success in F&I performance, product penetration, and compliance
  • Knowledge of deal structure, credit underwriting, and automotive lending
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license with clean record
