Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An early childhood school located in Soddy Daisy, TN is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide specialized support to students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract position offers a flexible schedule, perfect for professionals looking to engage with a dynamic and rewarding caseload one day per week.

Responsibilities include delivering direct therapy services between 9 AM and 2 PM, focusing on improving student communication skills and supporting classroom learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and available any day of the week except Fridays, bringing enthusiasm and expertise to early childhood education.

Key qualifications and desired skills include :

• Certification as an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or as a School-Based SLP
• Alternatively, certification as an SLPA with experience in school settings
• Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged children (PK-5th grade)
• Ability to provide direct therapy and collaborate with school staff to meet student needs
• Flexibility in scheduling, with availability one day per week excluding Fridays
