Job Description

Professional level sales position capable of supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role is responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth. It partners with the GM to manage Team Members and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role involves sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, second sources, etc., and directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a full-time position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Support Team Members in daily operations
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to meet delivery standards
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers

Essential Job Skills

Prior Experience

A minimum of 3 years in automotive parts preferred, with proven sales ability and team leadership experience.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

ASE Certification preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Must have good vision and manual dexterity.

Work Environment

Primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor work in various weather conditions. Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise is possible.

Position is eligible for sales commission based on performance.

Compensation Range

$18.15 - $19.96 per hour
