Construction Equipment Service Trainer

Primary Duties :

Plan and deliver consistent and accurate technical training on Hyundai Equipment. Work with members of the training group and other product experts to identify key objectives and create engaging content for various training formats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and present training and demonstrations covering technical principles in the areas of electrical, hydraulics, engines, and general machine systems at our training center in GA as well as onsite training worldwide when required.
• Develop training content for instructor-led training covering electrical, Diesel engines, hydraulic, and other common machine systems in accordance with objectives established by the training group.
• Contribute content for the company knowledge base.
• Provide technical support for customers and staff while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Travel approximately occasionally to dealer / distributor / head office locations for infield training of service personnel. Some weekend travel may be required.

6. Field dealer phone calls in support of their technical needs.

7. Support dealer utilization of all dealer facing HCE-NA systems.
