Des Moines News Leader KCCI the Hearst-owned CBS affiliate is seeking a Business and Human Resources Manager. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on both numbers and people. The position blends finance / accounting responsibilities with human resources management offering a unique opportunity to make an impact across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will support our employees and manage core HR activities while also partnering with our regional finance team on monthly closings forecasts and annual budget processes. The successful candidate will be highly organized analytical and an excellent communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across departments as well as thriving in our in-office environment located in downtown Des Moines.

What Youll Do

• General Business Functions

Interpret and communicate financial results

Support bi-weekly and weekly payroll review processing and reconciliation through ADP

Manage employee relations and provide HR support across the organization

Process and approve invoices

Manage fleet operations
