What You’ll Do
As an SEO Manager (Technical + Authority) , you’ll serve as both a builder and protector of organic visibility. You’ll combine technical SEO expertise with off-page authority development to ensure clients’ sites are discoverable, crawlable, and competitive.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical SEO efforts, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.Audit and resolve technical SEO issues related to site speed, mobile usability, duplicate content, and canonicalization.Lead link-building, digital PR, and outreach strategies to grow domain authority and brand trust.Monitor backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and manage remediation / disavow processes.Partner with development teams during migrations, redesigns, and new builds to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.Collaborate closely with Content + AEO peers to align technical and authority strategies with broader organic growth.Track and report on both technical health and authority-building performance, connecting improvements to rankings, traffic, and conversions.What You Bring
3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on technical optimization and off-page authority.Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) and SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Moz, SimilarWeb, Search Console).Experience building and executing link acquisition and digital PR campaigns.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple client accounts, timelines, and deliverables.Excellent communication skills with confidence leading client conversations.A growth mindset—open to feedback, quick to adapt, and eager to push into new areas like generative search.
