We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to manage complex litigation matters, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued success of our firm.

• 10+ years of sophisticated litigation experience preferred
• Licensed attorney in good standing with Pennsylvania, Ohio and / or West Virginia
• Experience with commercial real estate, contract disputes, land use and zoning
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
• Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, a dedicated work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work well with a team
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to write in clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently
