Join our team and play a key role in helping employees make informed decisions about their financial future. You'll represent Voya at enrollment events, engaging with employees to educate them on our products and ensure they have the information they need to make confident benefits decisions.

What You'll Do

• Be the Face of Voya – Professionally represent our brand and provide clear, helpful information about our offerings at enrollment events.
• Engage & Educate – Connect with employees, answer questions, and guide them through their options to help them make the best choices for themselves and their families.
• Prepare for Success – Work closely with the account manager to review event materials, understand the plan details, and anticipate common employee questions.
• Set Up for Impact – Arrive - minutes early, introduce yourself to the on-site contact, and create an inviting space with Voya materials, giveaways, and resources.
• Stay Professional & Present – Maintain an approachable, attentive presence, even during slower periods. No phone use or reading during events—your focus is on engaging with employees.
• Follow Up & Wrap Up – Leave extra materials with the client contact, return any reusable items, and ensure all questions that require follow-up are sent to the appropriate Voya representative.
