The Clinical Effectiveness Coordinator will analyze and report on key clinical performance measures (Stroke, Sepsis and other quality indicators) by identifying and accessing relevant data sources, aggregating and manipulating data as needed, preparing graphs and tables from data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data and reported measures, and submitting information to CMS and other agencies as requested. Will serve as a resource and coach for quality data analysis and reporting, help create and maintain clinical registries and associated datasets, and support the analysis and reporting needs of organization-wide quality improvement projects as well as planning and evaluation related to clinical quality, patient safety and patient experience. Collect and submit accurate, complete, and timely data for the specific registry. This task is accomplished through high-quality data compilation, documentation, and data entry of identified procedures performed / or disease process treatment into the associated registry / vendor tool platform. Oversees daily management of retrospective chart reviews as identified by the Director.
