Washington Licensed Neurologist Medical Director

A company is looking for a Neurologist (ABPN) Medical Director (Remote / Full Time / M-F Days).

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct regular reviews to monitor the appropriateness of care provided to beneficiaries and recommend necessary interventions

Assist in the training and development of clinical teams on CMS NCD / LCD guidelines and compliance

Provide recommendations for improvements in clinical practices based on record reviews and data analysis

Required Qualifications :

Board-certified clinician with a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties

Board certified for at least 3 years

Active, valid, and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state

Preferred State of Washington license or willingness to obtain

Experience in utilization management preferred
