As a Packaging Technical Publications Manager, you'll be the innovator for our packaging solutions championing design excellence across Leo's diverse and worldwide portfolio of products and customers. You'll be a member of an agile design team to craft an unboxing experience that balances simplicity, accessibility, and sustainability while creating customer delight. You'll develop global and regional packaging designs from creative briefs, collaborating across Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, UX, Brand, and Research teams. You'll navigate technical constraints while delivering elegant solutions that align with strategic design vision. Your role encompasses starts with a hands-on attention to design details and customer experience starting from initial concept development throughout the full product life cycle.
You will collaborate on packaging design initiatives spanning customer terminals and accessories to be used in markets across the world ranging from new to technology and service to those with experience. You are aware of regional and language for different cultures ensure translations are informative for each culture. We're seeking a creative program manager who solves complex design challenges with refined, impactful solutions while upholding brand consistency and elevating our packaging design aesthetic. The ideal candidate brings both creative vision and business acumen, with a deep understanding of global markets and emerging trends in packaging technology, materials, and design. You have an exceptional eye for detail, are articulate, and embrace ambiguity.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $192,600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
