Job descriptionLead and develop the veterinary team through mentorship and training Establish and implement clinical protocols and quality standards Maintain an active clinical caseload while guiding medical strategy Collaborate with operational leadership to identify growth opportunities and process improvements Monitor clinical outcomes, provide feedback, and implement continuous quality improvements Serve as a client-facing medical authority for complex cases and strategic initiatives Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree required Current California veterinary license and DEA registration in good standing 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred Leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable Strong clinical skills, communication, and team-building abilities Strategic thinker with business acumen and operational understanding Compassionate, professional, and adaptable under complex situations Salary : $180,000 – $250,000 per year + production and performance bonuses Relocation Assistance Available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and continuing education reimbursement VIN / Plumbs membership, license fees, and liability insurance covered Employee referral program and financial wellness support
