Get to Know Your Team : Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital, with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for performing MRI cross-sectional imaging and other related procedures as directed by a licensed physician. Operates and monitors MRI equipment. May assist in other areas as requested. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. QualificationsJob Requirements : Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalentTraining in Radiology, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and / or Cross Sectional AnatomyARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligibleFull State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire. Must maintain licensure and national certification / registryBLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.Preferred Job Requirements : Bachelor of Science DegreeFormal MRI EducationThree (3) years experience in a hospital environment
