Position Type : Full-time

Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience + benefits

What You'll Do :

As our Sous Chef, you'll work directly with the Director of Restuarant and Hospitality to ensure daily operations in the kitchen run smoothly. You'll lead by example, helping to prepare delicious meals and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. Your role will also involve supervising staff, assisting with menu planning, ensuring dietary needs are met, and upholding all safety and sanitation standards.

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership kitchen role

Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices

A passion for serving others and creating a positive dining experience

Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

• Knowlege of ordering supplies, food and budgeting.
