Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Full-Time OR Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist (Imaging) for Barnes-Jewish Hospital Newly increased 2025 Imaging Pay Rates $5,000 automatic Sign On Bonus for eligible candidates New grads, upcoming grad students, and experienced Radiologic Technologists welcome to apply Position Details : Day Shift : Monday -Friday (8 : 30am-5pm) NO Call or Weekends Extra Holiday Pay : Earn top dollar when you work on your 3 required holidays each year (1 major, 2 minor) On-the-Job Training : Provided — experience preferred but not required Operating Room (OR) - In-OR Experience : 90% of time spent in OR cases, including running C-arm, O-arm, taking interoperative and post-op recovery films, setting up C-arms, and sending images Responsibility : Provide imaging support to OR Pods. You will be working with an organization on the leading edge of diagnostic radiology. In fact, our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, and performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and / or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and / or treatment, and quality control. Responsibilities Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
