The Role : Building Trust and Shared Value

This is a relationship-first, educational role centered on building trust and creating shared value. You get paid to have meaningful conversations. Your daily work involves talking to business owners in the Boulder-Denver area, listening deeply to their challenges, and exploring how AI can ethically and positively impact their teams and customers. You succeed by being empathetic, consistently present, and genuinely helpful. You are a community anchor, a thoughtful interviewer, and a human-centered process consultant all in one. You find the stories of need, identify the potential for positive change, and introduce the solution-which our team then delivers.

This is not a pushy, transactional sales job. It is about building authentic relationships, creating lasting value, and being a force for good in the local economy.

A Day in the Life : Connection and Impact

• Morning : You start your day with the "Core Loop" : having 5+ conversations focused on the human impact of AI with local business owners. You then share thoughtful reflections on LinkedIn, building your personal brand as the go-to ethical AI expert in Boulder-Denver.
• Afternoon : You attend a local community event, like a non-profit board meeting or a B-Corp gathering. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn conversations about values into actionable, purpose-driven projects.
• Evening : You host the casual Weekly AI Meetup , creating a loyal, authentic following and a consistent source of leads driven by shared mission.
