The Clinical Therapist is supervised by the Clinical Director or designee, but must work in collaboration with all program managers, coordinators, and staff. The Clinical Therapist is responsible for psychosocial assessment, consultation, care coordination, crisis intervention services, treatment plan development / monitoring, and conducting individual, group, and / or family therapy for assigned clients. The Clinical Therapist functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services or may be designated to lead mental health or substance use specialist.
Minimum Qualifications
$55,000 - $85,000 a year
Compensation is based on years of practice as a licensed clinician, skills, and experience working in community behavioral health.
