Overview

Location : Miami, FL (Hybrid : 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Employment Type : 6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Are you passionate about enabling Agile delivery and driving success across large-scale ERP programs? We're seeking a Scrum Master to establish Agile ways of working across multiple SAP workstreams , ensuring predictable sprints, strong backlog hygiene, and fast impediment removal.

What Success Looks Like

Sprint goals achieved at 85%+ within 2–3 iterations
Defect escape rates trending down consistently
Dependencies tracked with no critical surprises
Measurable improvement in stakeholder satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles

Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria

Track velocity, burndown, and flow metrics , surfacing risks and dependencies early

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with PMO / Release Management

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action follow-through

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex ERP / SAP environments

Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, queries)

Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Certifications : CSM, PSM, SAFe

Background in hybrid onsite / offshore delivery

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

Agile certification required

Engagement Details

Reports to : Program Delivery Lead

Collaboration with : PMO, Functional & Technical Leads

Travel : Minimal, with occasional workshops
