Mortgage Processor

A company is looking for a job title Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans in accordance with guidelines

Maintain communication with all parties involved in the loan process and track incoming data

Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

Familiarity with FHA and VA loan processes

Ability to complete mandatory company trainings on time
