Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst to manage invoicing and collections processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the invoicing process for over 1,000 customers, resolving discrepancies and adjusting accounts as needed

Reconcile and record incoming payments, addressing issues related to customer payments and credit cards

Oversee the collections process, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain the collections portfolio

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred

Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience

Experience in accounts receivable and customer billing

Experience with billing for a SaaS company strongly preferred

Familiarity with accounting systems and prior use of Salesforce.com
