Summary :

The Maintenance Mechanic I role performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry. Responds to maintenance emergencies, performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : Trade school or equivalent training and experience required.
• License / Certifications : Boiler training certificate, or application submitted at time of hire required. State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date. Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience : One year of related experience required.
