We are the sixth-largest nonprofit senior living provider in the nation, and we are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to help us fulfill our mission of creating joy and peace of mind for our residents.\n\nAs a Registered Nurse, your role will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care through monitoring staff performance, engaging with physicians, participating in care planning, and conducting daily resident assessments. You will also provide direct nursing care to our residents, following established standards of practice and regulations for skilled nursing facilities.\n\nYour Responsibilities Will Include : \n
- Providing daily direction and oversight of LPNs and nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of nursing care.\n
- Assisting with the orientation and training of new nursing staff to uphold exceptional care standards.\n
- Motivating LPNs and CNAs to achieve their best performance on the nursing unit.\n
- Explaining nursing procedures and guiding staff to enhance their understanding and skills.\n
- Regularly communicating with the Director of Nursing about assessments, resident conditions, and any areas of concern.\n
- Observing and evaluating residents' health and emotional conditions, reporting significant changes to appropriate staff.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For : \n
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state.\n
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience.\n
- A strong dedication to professional nursing standards and principles.\n
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and evaluation skills concerning the care of residents and supervision of staff.\n
- Patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\n
- A compassionate nature, especially towards senior adults and people with disabilities.\n
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively monitor and guide the activities of nursing staff.\n
