Our kitchen team produces beautiful, ingredient-driven dishes that celebrate seasonal local fare.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our culinary production team. This person will play a key support role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen during busy prep days and events.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils

Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, walk-ins, and dish stations

Assist chefs with kitchen setup and breakdown

Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with health and safety standards

Support with light prep tasks when needed (peeling, organizing deliveries, labeling, etc.)

Assist with loading / unloading delivery vans for off-site events

Qualifications

Previous porter or kitchen support experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation to our Lake Worth Location

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and takes pride in a clean workspace

Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours during peak season
