We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and fast YouTube Video Editor to join the Real Men Real Style team. Our mission is to help men become their best selves through style, confidence, and personal development. We want to bring in a really positive and smart person that kicks ass and is a pleasure to work with.

Job type : Fully Remote

You’ll be working directly with our creative team to turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos watched by millions. The right person knows how to balance speed with quality and understands how editing choices directly impact watch time, retention, and overall performance.

You’ll be located to work with our team’s schedule and workflows as part of a fully remote team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Add b-roll, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine scripts, visuals, and structure.
• Analyze YouTube analytics (retention graphs, CTR, etc.) to inform future edits.
• Turn around projects quickly without sacrificing quality.
