Title : Physical Therapist

Status : Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Location : New Milford, CT

Relocation : Up to $3,000 in expenses.

Salary : $78,000 - $95,000

Bonus : Starting sign-on bonus of $5,000

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Physical Therapy License (preferred)

CPR Certification (Preferred)

Medical specialty in Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Ability to Commute / Relocate before start to New Milford.

Required Skill Set
