Allied Universal Security is hiring a Full-time Professional Security Shift Supervisor for Nestle Purina in Crete, NE.

Job Details :

Pay Rate : $21.00 / hour

Schedule : Morning Shift Available / Monday - Friday / 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm

Duties : You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors, conducting foot patrols, and. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety.

Experience : Must have 1+ years of experience.

Skills : Comfortable using technology devices.

Physical Requirements : Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather elements.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager / Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
