Summary:

Oversees day-to-day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. Defines project scope and objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.

Sr. Business Analyst, Tech Svcs plays a pivotal role in supporting the adoption, optimization, and updates of enterprise business applications. This position leads change initiatives, oversees and maintains documentation and training materials, and ensures quality assurance through system testing. By partnering with functional colleagues and operational business partners, this role spearheads the improvement and enhancement of business processes, ensuring operational effectiveness.
